Program Inclusions

We will break down the complexities of good nutrition into easy-to-understand bite-sized pieces (pardon the pun). Designed to fit around even the busiest lifestyle, the course is broken into four modules, each containing a variety of video lessons you can easily watch and implement at your own pace. The lessons detail  exactly what you should be putting on your plate and how much food you need to nourish your body. The lessons will vegetables, proteins, fats and oils, food prep, cooking and pantry swaps, with a wide range of recipes to suit all tastes and time frames. Our fitness module will keep you on your feet with four simple workouts you can do at home, including demonstrations, warm ups and cool downs. Whether you want to make each small change at a time, or binge-watch the lot and hit the ground running, is completely up to you.

At the start of the program you will receive a free private mentoring session with Di Hutchison, with additional sessions available at a discounted rate.
