A fun trip to the Strawberry Farm means a quick cook up of Easy Strawberry Chia Jam!
4 cups of strawberries washed chopped and cooked over low heat till soft
Add sweetness to taste with a little honey, maple syrup or rapadura sugar,
Mash till smooth
Add 1/4 cup chia
Keep in the fridge for up to two weeks
