Kids Bliss Balls

If you have kids heading for the kitchen every few minutes looking for ‘something’, these bliss balls are great to have in the fridge. They can make them for themselves – simple but delicious! Let them add their own combination of flavours with cocoa, spices like cinnamon, ginger etc – and of course if they would like a little extra sweetness try a little maple syrup or honey!
Making it themselves, tweaking the flavours to be exclusively theirs, and feeling proud of what they’ve made- it’s a great way to steer them away from processed junk food snacks. Most of all have fun with it let them experience new flavours – they might surprise us with some new knockout combinations of flavours!

2 cups of nuts, nuts and seeds or seeds
