Mince Rissoles

1 kilo of mince = a tonne of options!
My favourite staples are these super easy rissoles for fridge grazing 😋

1 kilo of mince
2 onions chopped finely
Fresh herbs chopped finely (I grab whatever is in the garden: parsley, coriander, basil, mint)
throw in extra flavour with salt, pepper, turmeric and ginger (dry or fresh)

Mix together thoroughly. Split mix into 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into 2 equal sized rissoles. Pour a generous slurp of olive oil in the pan, and cook on a medium heat.

The best tip here is to let the first side cook until they lift easily off the pan before turning to brown the other side! Simple healthy options ready in the fridge will help you keep on track! Plan ahead and make it easy for yourself.

You can grab easily these and top with pesto, salsa or my favourite gevityrx mayonnaise for extra deliciousness! Throw onto a pile of salad and a beautiful balanced meal is on the plate in seconds, they also make great lunchbox food!

Approx 10g of protein in each of these satiating snack foods!
