Miso Salmon Soup

When you feel like ‘real food’ but not really cooking.

Fry a piece of salmon in olive oil (skin side down first)
flip and when cooked put to the side to rest
In the same pan add 2 heaped teas of organic miso
Grate in some ginger
Juice of half a lemon
Chop or zoodle your veggies
Add denser veggies to the pan with some water to make a soup like consistency
Add lighter veggies (like zoodles, spring onion, leafy greens)
Pour into bowl
Add in salmon broken in to smaller pieces
Top with the crispy salmon skin and some coriander!

5 minute dish from start to finish, so delicious and super nourishing.
